Phillie Phanatic

This past weekend the Phillies came to town to play the Padres. You would think that this would be a perfect time for all of the Padre fans to come out and support their team, but you would be wrong. Turns out it was the perfect time for all Philly fans to come out and support their team. If you happened to stay up late and tune into the games, you would have seen an overwhelming crowd of Philly fans, me included. Matt was there for the hot dogs and beer, definitely not to cheer on the Phillies (he is not a fan, to say the least). I truly believe there is nothing better than watching baseball with good friends on a spring afternoon with a cold beer in one hand and a hot dog in the other. GO PHILLIES!

Pre-gaming at Bubs - our favorite Ballpark bar

The boys

The girls. Notice any familiar faces? All of these guys were in Milton with us and have moved out to San Diego. So excited to be in California!

The Field - Irish Pub in downtown SD. While we were enjoying our drinks, I heard the lovely Eagles fight song being sung at the bar. Are we in Philly or San Diego?

In between games we snuck in a trip to the Coronado Dog Beach (more on that later). So happy!

The rooftop of our friend Adam's place. This is where we watched the game on Sunday.

View from up top. This picture is zoomed out so you can see the water behind the stadium. Our view was a little closer.

I wonder if they can hear our cheers?

Our Easter celebration with friends!
